Support from the Customer Experience team

Our friendly Library team are available to help you. If your enquiry cannot be answered by the Customer Experience team you will be referred to a subject Librarian or specialist team at the University to support you.

The Customer Experience team can help you with library advice and services provided. The team support library stock (paper based and online), e resources (databases, e-journals and e books), information skills support and MFD guidance.

Face to face library service desk support will be advertised at the start of each term.

An online Library chat is also available between 9-5 and can answer or triage your requests  - look out for the Chat icon in the bottom right of the screen. Just click on this to start a Chat session.
