Where is Library Creative?
Library Creative is situated within the Blackstone Building on College Road on the Stoke campus. It is accessed via the Cadman Courtyard, through the blue double doors at the link between the Blackstone and Cadman buildings
Library Creative houses materials and learning resources for all art and design, fashion and related subjects.
Opening Hours
Library Creative is open 24/7 for Staffordshire University students and staff.
Our Library Opening Times will provide more detailed information for other categories of visitors.
Borrowing and returning books
You can borrow and return books from Library Creative using the new self-issue machine.
Click and Collect
You can reserve your book online using Library Search for collection at Library Creative.
Study Spaces
There are a few study spaces within Library Creative which you can use for group study.
The study spaces within the Cadman Building are closed from Thursday 1 June 2023. Please remember that there is a large selection of study spaces in most buildings across the main campus, especially within the Catalyst Building on Leek Road which is open 24/7.
AccessAble guide
AccessAble is an organisation which produces detailed Access Guides which tell you all about a venue's access and what it will be like when you visit somewhere. These look at the route you will use getting in and what is available inside.
There is not currently a guide to Library Creative, however their Guide to the Thompson Library will be helpful on how to access the building and navigate to Library Creative.
