The Academic Skills team is a team of specialist staff based in the Library. Some are qualified librarians, some have teaching qualifications and some are IT and data consultants. Use our expertise to help you and your students get to grips with:

• Academic skills essential for success at University.
• Learning tools such as Assignment Survival Kit (ASK), Reading lists online , Qualtrics survey software and LinkedIn Learning
• Library resources, research and referencing
• Book ordering, journal title suggestions
• Using IT software such as Microsoft Office effectively.
• Information management issues such as copyright.
