Hello and welcome to the Pathway!
The Pathway has been created to support students in their first academic year. It is designed to support and to assist you with learning about and navigating the academic skills elements of higher education study.
The path to success has been broken down into a few key sections to support you in picking the best direction you need, as and when you need it.
Different people need different routes, think about where you are currently and which pathway feels like the best one for you, but don't worry you can circle back at any point.
University is an exciting time and learning to identify what skills you have, need and require more support with is an important step in getting the most out of your time here. At any point in the six steps of the Pathway you can use the confidential Confidence Checker tool to find out if you have any skills areas which you might want to brush up. To access this, just click on the left hand link which you can find on the page assigned to each step of the Pathway.
