Our friendly Student Connect team are available to help you. If your enquiry cannot be answered by the Student Connect Team you will be referred to a subject Librarian or specialist team at the University to support you.

We also have lots of online information through Beacon.

Support via email, telephone and face-to-face is available during the following service hours (excluding public holidays and university closures) 

• Monday – Thursday from 8.45am to 5pm
• Friday from 8.45am to 4:30pm

The Library Resources and Systems team manage the online and in-library systems and infrastructure that help you discover and access our digital and print collections.

The team has specialist staff members focusing on system development, acquisitions, licensing, cataloguing, digitisation and document delivery. They work closely with our other Library teams to ensure our services are as efficient and effective as possible.

The team also plays a key role in supporting the University’s research publishing and Open Access mandate. Their work underpins REF by organising all the academic research published by researchers at the University, operating the STORE Open Access research repository
