We all rely on email and it is still an essential communications tool, and as a result our mailboxes can fill up very quickly.  If your day is continually interrupted by new messages, and you're struggling to deal with a bulging inbox or find important messages when you need to, then it can be a real problem.  Rather than being useful, email can then be a drain on your productivity and become stressful, so it is important to develop some techniques that work for you in managing your email.

Although you may not be able to  - or  want to  - achieve Inbox Zero there are some simple steps you can take to conquer the email monster!
