Top Tips for organising Academic Skills Support

  1. Plan ahead.  Work back at least a week from assignment deadlines and book an appointment NOW.
  2. If there are no convenient times available, book a email appointment.  Use the main link  from your Subject Page, but choose the email option.  This is more effective than sending an email as a slot is booked in the Tutors diary.  You will receive written feedback that day.  This is also a good option to enable a focus for an online discussion.

REMEMBER

When using the using the online booking system, please make sure that you select your subject as Institute of Policing and NOT Policing.  Please  also cancel unwanted session and allow other students to book.
