ProQuest has created various guides around how to use RefWorks. The best starting point is the ProQuest RefWorks LibGuide.
This has links to video tutorials which are also on the RefWorks YouTube channel.
There is a range of short Getting Started videos on specific topics - each between 3 and 6 minutes long. There are also videos on more advanced features for more experienced users.
