Info Dumps

Info Dumps the information literacy card game!

About

Info Dumps is an information literacy card game which playfully engages students in learning and assessing various sources of information. The game encourages critical thinking and assessment of each source which can vary depending on the subject the student is studying.

The development of Info Dumps began in 2023 following a conversation between Academic Librarians Jodie Heap and Liz White in which the concept of comparison of information sources was discussed. Recognition that the game Top Trumps facilitated a relevant method of comparison, an adapted version of the game was designed and created.
