This workshop will show you how to:

• Find and use resources on:​
  • Box of Broadcasts (BoB)
  • Kanopy   
• Find subject specific resources via your Library Subject Guide                                                                                                                                                               

LinkedIn Learning is an online platform that offers a variety of video courses to help you develop your business, creative and technological skills.  It provides expert-led courses developed by industry experts using LinkedIn Learning content across a breadth of topics and at different levels of expertise. The thousands of courses included fall into three main areas: Technology, Creative and Business covering a wide range of topics.

This session will introduce you to the key features of LinkedIn Learning and enable you to use this effectively.

By the end of the session you will:

• Know how to set up and manage your LinkedIn Learning account
• Be able to find relevant content to study
• Know how to make use of features such as exercise files, off-line access, notes and transcripts

BoB is an on-demand TV service licenced for education purposes.​

You can search for programmes, save them to watch later and even make clips to use in presentations.

Kanopy is a collection of documentaries and films.​

You can search for titles or browse by subject.​

Your subject guide is the best place to start when looking for information and resources specifically for your subject area.

Use it to get quick access to key resources to help you find books, journal articles, quality websites and more.
