When you book an appointment with one of the Academic Skills Tutors you can choose a face-to-face appointment, telephone, email or online (Skype). The locations displayed will vary depending on who you select.

- Select Telephone option on the form
- Make sure you leave a contact telephone number which we can call you on at the time of the appointment
- Fill in the information about your course of study

- Before the scheduled appointment please check the technical preparation guidance to ensure that your device is set up correctly.
- You will receive an email from the selected Tutor confirming the appointment together with a weblink
- At the scheduled time, open the email and click on the link to join the conversation
