Library and Learning Services colleagues are working to support staff in the implementation of the new software.
The Resources and Library Systems team have worked with the suppliers to configure the new Reading Lists Online system to meet Staffs Uni requirements and procedures.
Lists have been transferred from the existing KeyLinks system into Leganto and initial checks and link updates carried out.
All Blackboard course information is imported into Leganto regularly. This includes the module title and code and list of instructors. All instructor names in Blackboard will have access to edit the appropriate reading list in Leganto.
As we move to Leganto there will be a new procedure for ordering new books and other resources to include on your lists. The new system offers the opportunity to manage purchases and digitisation in a more streamlined way. Instructions on how to do this are on our full training guide and ordering books and journals page.
The Academic Librarian and Skills Tutors will be acting as liaison between the product and tutors needing to make changes or create new lists. Support is being offered in a variety of ways and links will be added as material becomes available.
