To access the test submission page on Blackboard, access the self-enrolment link and sign in, and then press submit in the bottom right corner. Then open Blackboard in a separate tab or window and navigate to "Courses".
When searching for the course, use the term "Blackboard guidance for students" for the course to appear. Selecting the course will give you a tutorial on using Blackboard as well as a place to test submissions for your assignments.
Selecting an assignment will enable you to watch a short video on submitting, and then it will open the test submission. There are four types of submissions based on what you might come across during your studies. The primary two are Turnitin and Blackboard assignments, with Blackboard Tests and Panopto Submission being less common but equally important for students who will need access.
You will never need to choose a submission portal, as this is chosen by the lecturer of the module. Be sure to review your submission so you know which one to use to test your submission.
Please refer to the videos below on how to submit for each submission portal if you are unsure.
Please note that your work will not be marked in the "Blackboard guidance for students" module. This module is to enable you to test your submission before submitting.
Two playlists for the different submissions can be found below.
