All the world over, Pride tends to be celebrated in June, leading to events and parades, etc. and Stoke-on-Trent is no different. On Saturday 15th June, Hanley Park will be hosting this year Pride in the Park event. Staffordshire University is involved as its close proximity means that the car parks will be used for the event parking.
To celebrate Pride this year, the Library has created displays in our Catalyst, Creative and Stafford areas and has also created a reading list from materials that can be found either physically or electronically through the Library Catalogue: Pride 2024 (exlibrisgroup.com)
