Borrowing & membership

Staffordshire University Alumni can apply to join the Library by completing the External Library Membership form including digital photo.

There is a charge of £15 for a year's membership.  Please note that you will need to make payment before coming to collect your card. – payments can be made at the Online Shop. When collecting your Library card you will need  the receipt of Alumni Membership payment, a form of identification and proof of ex-student status. This membership is for independent use of the Library facilities.

With an alumni account you will have the following borrowing and access rights:

• Borrow 5 books
• 5 reservations
• Library access is Mon-Sun 8am-10pm in Core and Creative (Public access to Catalyst ground floor Mon-Fri 7am-4pm (subject to opening times)

If you have an Alumni IT account, then you are entitled to visit our Libraries during staffed hours and access a limited number of Staffordshire University Library e-resources, where the license permits.
