Coping with exams

Many students get stressed or worried whilst studying and revising for their exams. This is understandable as exam results can have an direct impact on your grades.
 
Some stress can actually help you to perform well; too much can be harmful to you and your chances of success.

This session will help you understand the signs of exam stress and give you tips and strategies for managing it both during revision and the exam itself.

When is the workshop running?

The Coping with exams workshop is available on the following dates:

  • 10 November 11 - 11.30 am
  • 5 December 11 - 11.30 am

All sessions are held online in Microsoft Teams.
