This year marks 20 years of celebrating LGBT+ History Month in the UK.
The month is an opportunity to highlight the incredible things LGBT+ people have achieved throughout history in all areas of life.
Funded by Schools OUT, the month aims to #educateOUTprejudice and usualise LGBT+ lives, creating learning environments where all LGBT+ people feel safe, seen, and supported, to celebrate the rich and diverse history, herstory, theirstory.

To celebrate LGBT+ History Month The Library has curated an online reading list highlighting a selection of ebooks which focus on lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and non-binary history as well as the history of the gay rights and related civil rights movements..
