Where to start?

In most cases if a eBook is available in a similar fashion to a print book - such as includes pagination and a publisher information page. You can reference this as a book without including any DOI or URL. However, if there isn't clear pagination as it uses percentages then you should make sure to include URL or DOI and the date you accessed the book within your reference.
