E-resources access problems
If you are experiencing any problems accessing our e-resources, please try the following guide which provides details of any known issues and work arounds E-Book Current Issues Help Guide
If you are still unable able to access the resource after following our self-check guide and checking our list of current known issues please contact us via Solve stating the following:
- Name of the resource you are trying to access.
- Screen shot of any error messages you receive.
- Confirmation you have followed our self-check guide.
- Your username.
- Best email address to respond to.
Remember, the more information you send us, the quicker we can resolve the problem
We will then investigate and resolve the issue for you.
