What is the definition Open Access?
Much of the content that you access is has been paid for by the library and has restrictions with respect to reuse. Open Access content is online content, such as books, journals and articles, that you can access without logging on or paying to access, where the licensing of the content allows use in a variety of contexts without requesting permission, but just providing acknowledgement.
