Students and staff at our partner colleges and some external organisations, such as the NHS or the Police, may have difficulties signing on to Staffordshire University Resources.
This is a common issue if your organisation uses Office 365, as your browser will automatically pick up your local login details.
You will need to be logged out of your college account to be able to login to your Staffordshire University account.
The best solution would be to use a separate browser to access the Staffordshire University resources. Firefox is a good choice. You will need to log out of your local college/organisation account on this browser and then you should be able to manually input your Staffordshire University login details to access the relevant resources.
