If you have been using the old version of Lexis Library and have data such as Alerts, Saved searches and Bookshelf Sources that you wish to migrate over to Lexi+ then please follow the instructions below:
- Open an incognito or private browser.
How to open New Incognito window in Chrome?
Click the 3 dots at the top right corner as shown below and select “New Incognito window”
How to open New InPrivate Window in Edge?
Click the 3 dots at the top right corner as shown below and select “New InPrivate window”
- Copy the microsite URL for Lexis+ UK into the browser
https://www.lexisnexis.com/uk/legal/migrate/wayf.do?entityID=https://shibboleth.staffs.ac.uk/idp/shibboleth&fedId=3&migration=true
- Choose Yes if you wish for your saved alerts and preferences to be copied over.
- You will then be asked to login using your Staffordshire University account details.
- Your personal preferences should be copied over in 3 days.
- You can start using Lexis+ while your personal prreferences are being copied over.
